We recommend having a friend help you carry them inside for safety and convenience. Once unpacked, you will find all couch components along with clear, simple assembly instructions. Return shipping is free for defective items. For other returns, a small shipping fee applies.

Our two-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including structural components, upholstery, mechanical parts, sewing, and assembly. This warranty does not cover consumer-caused damage such as normal wear and tear, misuse, or staining. An optional Extended 5-Year Warranty is available for purchase at checkout.
