Everyone Furniture® stands behind the quality of its products and offers the following comprehensive coverage under this limited warranty.

Limited Warranty – Everyone Furniture

Warranty Coverage

Everyone Furniture warrants its products against manufacturing defects under normal residential, non-commercial use.

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery, not the date the product is unboxed or assembled.

If a defect is confirmed, Everyone Furniture will, at its discretion:


Arrange a local repair, or


Provide a replacement part or product, or


Offer an alternative resolution if repair is not feasible.

Standard Warranty (Included)

Duration: 2 years

Coverage:

The standard warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the product, including but not limited to:


- Structural integrity

- Upholstery and fabric workmanship

- Cushions and padding

- Stitching, seams, zippers, and closures

- Hardware and internal components

- This warranty applies only to residential, indoor use.

Extended Warranty (Optional Upgrade, $99 at checkout)

Duration: 5 years total coverage from the date of delivery

Coverage: The Extended 5-Year Warranty provides the same coverage as the standard warranty, for a longer period.

No additional items or protections are added — the difference is duration only.

By purchasing the Extended Warranty, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to the terms and conditions of our warranty policy.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:


- Normal wear and tear

- Fabric pilling, fading, or softening over time

- Cushion compression or comfort preference changes

- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care

- Stains, burns, cuts, pet damage, or liquid exposure

- Mold, mildew, or environmental damage

- Outdoor use or exposure to moisture

- Commercial, rental, or institutional use

- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized third parties

Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:


1. Contact Everyone Furniture through our Customer Resolution Center

2. Provide: Your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos and/or videos of the defect

Everyone Furniture will determine whether the item qualifies for repair, replacement, or another resolution.

Replacement parts provided under warranty include shipping at no cost to the customer.

Local & In-Home Repairs

Where possible, Everyone Furniture may arrange local or in-home repair services for qualifying issues. Availability depends on location and service provider access.

Transferability

This warranty is transferable to a new owner if the furniture is sold or gifted within the active warranty period.

The original owner must notify Everyone Furniture and provide the new owner’s information to complete the transfer.

Geographic Limitation

This warranty is valid only within Canada and is void if the product is shipped outside Canada by a third party.

For warranty inquiries or claims, please submit a request through our Customer Resolution Center.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.

Provincial Law

This warranty provides specific legal rights. You may have additional rights that vary by province.
