Everyone Furniture partners with multiple delivery providers across Canada to offer the best delivery experience possible based on your location.

Depending on your area, available delivery services may include:

  • Inside-front-door delivery
  • To-door delivery
  • Main entrance or lobby delivery
  • Curbside delivery

Available delivery methods vary based on city, building access, carrier availability, and safety restrictions.

For many major cities, we now offer upgraded in-door front entrance delivery through select delivery partners. In smaller towns, rural areas, or locations outside major service zones, delivery may be limited to to-door or curbside service.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timelines typically range from 6–12 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Remote or rural delivery areas
  • Seasonal shipping volume

While we work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely delivery, Everyone Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our control.

If delays occur, we will provide updates whenever possible.


How Shipping Works

1. Order Confirmation

After checkout, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming your purchase.

2. Warehouse Preparation

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you’ll receive a shipping preparation update from our warehouse team.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipments can be tracked directly through our website, or through tracking updates sent by our delivery partner via text message.

Please note that tracking availability and update frequency may vary depending on the carrier and delivery location. In some rural or remote areas, live tracking updates may be limited. If this occurs, we’ll provide delivery estimates directly whenever possible.

4. Delivery Scheduling

Our delivery partner will contact you in advance to coordinate a delivery appointment.

Delivery appointment availability may vary depending on your location and carrier route scheduling.

Someone must be available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.


Shipping Rates (Canada)

Free Shipping

Everyone Furniture offers free standard shipping across most of Canada.

In some remote or rural areas, special delivery arrangements may be required. If additional shipping fees apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout before purchase.

Additional shipping charges typically start at $149 CAD depending on location and carrier access.

Delivery Day Expectations

Delivery services vary depending on location and carrier availability.

Standard Delivery Includes:

  • Furniture delivered boxed and ready for assembly
  • Delivery to the agreed delivery point
  • Scheduled delivery coordination

Please Note:

  • Assembly is not included
  • Packaging removal is not included
  • Certain carriers may not move items beyond the building entrance, curbside, or accessible delivery point
  • Delivery limitations may apply due to stairs, elevators, narrow hallways, building policies, weather, or safety concerns

Where available, upgraded in-door front entrance delivery services may include placement just inside the front entrance of the home or building.

Final delivery discretion remains with the carrier based on safety and accessibility at the time of delivery.


Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the shipment, the carrier may:

  • Reschedule delivery
  • Hold the shipment at a local terminal
  • Return the shipment

Additional redelivery, storage, or return fees may apply depending on the carrier’s policies.

Any applicable fees will be communicated before charges are processed.


Order Processing Times

In-Stock Orders

  • Prepared for shipment within 24–48 hours
  • Tracking information typically sent within 2–4 business days

Pre-Order or Backorder Items

  • Ship once inventory arrives at our warehouse
  • Processing time is in addition to the estimated product lead time listed on the product page

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Additional carrier fees
  • Rerouting charges

Any address changes requested after shipment may incur additional fees.
