Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
At Everyone Furniture, we are committed to delivering high-quality products that you’ll love. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- Initial Waiting Period:
You may initiate a return within 30 days of your delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below. - Original Packaging Requirement:
Customers must return the product in its original packaging. We will not accept returns without the original boxes. - Return Shipping Fees:
- A return shipping fee equal to 10% of the product's purchase price will apply when using the original packaging. Additional fees may apply for returns that require special pick-up services.
- Condition of Returned Items:
Products must be in "like new" condition to be eligible for return. This means no stains, tears, damages, or apparent signs of use, including but not limited to smells.
The acceptance of returns is at the sole discretion of Everyone Furniture, based on our judgment of the product's condition.
Inspection and Refund Process:
- Once your returned product is received, we will inspect it to determine if it is in "like new" condition.
- If the product meets our return criteria, we will credit your original payment method, minus any applicable return fees.
Defective or Damaged Orders:
Our products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects or damage. Customers may optionally extend coverage to a five-year warranty if selected at checkout.
- If an item arrives defective or damaged, please inform us immediately upon receipt.
- We will resolve the issue, either by replacing the defective parts or providing a replacement item.
Starting a Return
To get started with your return, please provide your order number, order details, name, and reason for the return. Email this information to sales@everyonefurniture.com, with the title "Return". Our Customer Care Team is here to assist you every step of the way, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Make sure you also include some photos of your sofa.
